Each job has a designated lead man, foreman, general foreman, or job superintendent depending upon the size and complexity of each job. Their responsibilities include reporting, mobilization of tools and equipment, manpower coordination, etc. on each job, and reporting to the area superintendent. Duty to accomplish a job, Responsibility for job site safety, Authority to take action, and Obligation for customer relationships are all key components in our success for which all team members are accountable. All jobs have constant communication with key personnel allowing instant decisional direction when needed in the field.

Employee and subcontractor safety and well-being are major concerns for the management. No project is so important that it cannot be performed in a safe and efficient manner. Our goal is to keep injuries to an absolute minimum; keeping in mind that we as a team are trying to eliminate accidents altogether.

Harinetra Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. employs a full-time Safety Coordinator who, through research and audits, reviews and revises all of the company’s safety policies in order to protect the company’s employees and maintain compliance with government agencies. Also, we conduct scheduled and unscheduled site audits to ensure compliance in the field. In addition, we investigate all accidents and modify policies and procedures to prevent reoccurrence.

Through the use of our training, disciplinary tools, and open-door management, employees become familiar with the applicable standards and safe working procedures.
